Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

Standard Rentals

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24 to 72 hours in advance may receive a 50% refund, minus any applicable service fees.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery are non-refundable.

Special Events or Long-Term Rentals

  • For events requiring multiple trailers or extended rental periods, we may require a non-refundable deposit. Any specific refund terms will be included in your rental agreement.

2. Weather or Emergency Situations

If weather, road conditions, or other emergencies prevent us from delivering the trailer safely:

  • We will offer a reschedule at no extra charge, or

  • Provide a full or partial refund, depending on the situation

3. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Service or transaction fees may be non-refundable depending on payment platform policies.

4. Equipment Issues

If there’s a problem with the trailer once delivered:

  • Please contact us immediately so we can correct the issue.

  • If a trailer is unusable and we can’t replace it, we will issue a full or partial refund based on time and usage.
